Enjoying a Festive February Here at Sunshine Smiles

At Sunshine Smiles, we’ve enjoyed a busy month of February serving as your children’s dentist in Melbourne. We realize that our role in this wonderful, growing Florida community comes with responsibility, and we are always looking for fun and exciting ways to get involved. 

A highlight of February was participating in the Brevard County Tooth Trot 5K. The
Sunshine Smiles staff was all smiles as we trotted through beautiful Brevard, in our bright blue and yellow t-shirts. Ms. Cami certainly made an awesome tooth fairy for the event!

As February marks National Children’s Dental Health Month we’ve been busy raising awareness about implementing proper dental health early on. One of our favorite parts of February involves speaking at various local elementary schools and child care facilities, including Viera Children’s Academy, educating smiling, young students about the impact of their daily habits on their dental health.

As your children’s dentist in Melbourne, we’ve not only been busy within the community, but also within the office! Our office is lucky to have two new remarkable additions, Celena and Erin. We’ve also welcomed back Ms. Leigh, who recently had a wonderful baby, Pierce.
